Is Infinity available as an app for iPhone and iPad?

Yes. The Infinity app is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS 26.1 or iPadOS 26.1 or later. You need an Infinity business account to use it.

What can I do with the Infinity app?

You can review account balances and bank transactions, edit AI-powered booking suggestions, scan receipts, track project time and manage your contacts directly on your iPhone or iPad.

Are the app and web version automatically synchronised?

Yes. Anything you capture or edit on the go is automatically synchronised with the web version. This means you can start on your phone and continue on desktop with everything up to date.

Can I scan receipts with my iPhone?

Yes. Photograph a receipt or invoice directly in the app. Infinity uploads the document to your accounting and automatically reads the most important details with Live Capture.

Can I book bank transactions directly in the app?

Yes. New bank transactions appear as AI-powered booking suggestions that you can confirm with a swipe. You can adjust the account, VAT and booking description directly in the app whenever necessary.

Do I need a separate subscription for the app?

No. The app is included in your Infinity subscription and can be used at no additional cost.

Does the app replace the desktop version?

The app is designed for everyday tasks such as scanning receipts, reviewing bookings and tracking time. More extensive tasks such as VAT returns, reports and year-end closing remain easier to manage on desktop.

Where is my accounting data stored?

Your accounting data is hosted on Swiss servers and protected according to high security standards. Infinity is developed by our team in Zurich.

Is the Infinity app also available for Android?

The Infinity app is currently available for iOS. An Android version is planned.

Does the Infinity app support Face ID and Touch ID?

Yes. On compatible devices, you can use Face ID or Touch ID and stay signed in. If your device does not support biometric authentication, this option will not be shown.
