Information on data processing at Juno

Juno is the AI agent in Infinity that handles complex adjustments to your accounting directly for you. Instead of performing every entry, analysis, or contact change manually, you simply describe what you need to Juno in natural language – and it takes care of it.

The AI agent Juno uses third-party AI models. When you use Juno, certain data is transmitted to these providers and processed there for this purpose. Customer data is never used for training purposes.

• Anthropic PBC. Third-party providers for the AI models that Juno is based on, if Juno is used. User chat messages and requests are processed, as well as business data that Juno uses in the context of these requests. Processing is carried out exclusively to handle requests and return the results. Anthropic PBC is based in San Francisco, United States.

Your data is never used to further train models and is always handled securely.
