Notes on Data Processing for Live Accounting and Live Capture

Live Accounting establishes a secure connection to a bank account and uses artificial intelligence for certain workflows in order to provide intelligent suggestions.

Live Capture uses artificial intelligence to recognize the contents of receipts and automatically populate fields.

Security

Your data is handled with the highest level of security.

• Infinity never has access to your e-banking login credentials at any time.
• Data exchange between your bank and Infinity takes place via the latest open banking standards with strong security measures and industry-standard encryption.

Bank Integration

If you use Live Accounting, you can connect Infinity to supported bank accounts. For this purpose, data is exchanged between the respective bank, the infrastructure provider SIX BBS AG, and infinity.swiss.

These data include the IBAN, additional account details, and transactions.

For security monitoring and error analysis, we also create technical logs of successful and failed data exchanges between SIX BBS AG and infinity.swiss.

If you wish to remove a bank connection, the connection can be disconnected at any time within Infinity. When you disconnect the connection or delete your Infinity account, we remove the corresponding permissions from our systems.

Please note that in this case you must also revoke the authorization for Infinity directly with your bank.

Artificial Intelligence

When you use Live Accounting features that rely on artificial intelligence, certain data may be processed by AI cloud providers.

Live Accounting uses a combination of different models and AI partners for various purposes, such as intelligent receipt recognition or generating booking suggestions.

We work with the following AI cloud providers:

• Microsoft (data processing location in Zurich) for various AI tasks
• Mindee (data processing location in the European Union) for certain receipt recognition functions
• OpenAI, LLC (data processing location in the United States), for example for the use of language models to generate booking suggestions

Your data is never used to train models and is always handled securely.
