The AI era is here. Everything is changing.
Our goal with Infinity has always been to build a tool that lets anyone take the step into self-employment.
With AI this is now becoming reality. It gives us the chance not just to get a few tasks done faster, but to reinvent entrepreneurship altogether.
We are working towards a future in which AI grows from a button that fills in a field into a deeply integrated companion that gets work done on its own.
Last year we already introduced Live Accounting – a completely new way of doing your books.
This year we launched Live Accounting for 9 leading Swiss banks, introduced an AI workflow for receipts with Live Capture and made it possible to write quotes in seconds with Instant Fill.
The era of AI in entrepreneurship starts here.
My focus has long been on the breakthroughs our team is working on for next year. Still, it would be wrong to leave this year's big progress unmentioned.
So in this Rewind we look back at the highlights of 2024 before we carry on working on the future.

major new features and improvements
Live Accounting
With Live Accounting we launched a new way of doing your books. Connect Infinity to the 9 leading Swiss banks or import any bank statement via camt import.
Sending quotes & invoices
Send your quotes and invoices straight from Infinity by e-mail with the professional invoice link. You can now even send recurring invoices automatically.
Live Capture
Live Capture reads your receipts intelligently so you never have to type anything in again. You can now also forward receipts to your own Infinity inbox by e-mail instead of capturing them on your phone.
Time tracking
Since this year, self-employed people can track their time on client projects and bill it far more easily.
Foreign currencies
Post invoices and receipts in any foreign currency – automatically synchronised with the current monthly average rates of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.
Integrations
This year we invested a lot in the API, which will be available soon. A first integration with swiDOC – the audit-proof e-archive – launched recently.
The new Infinity
We made Infinity clearer and faster. The new user interface makes it much more intuitive to find your way around.
More freedom in the document editor
We implemented your feedback for quotes and invoices – including custom columns, discounts on individual line items, headings and more.
We are looking forward to presenting the next evolution of AI accounting in the coming year.
